1. Introduction

Welcome to A World Without Weight ("we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our programs, coaching, content and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Who we are

These Services are provided by A World without W8 Pty Ltd (ACN 691 286 585), trading as A World Without Weight.

A World Without Weight provides non-medical, lifestyle-based weight-loss and wellbeing guidance designed specifically for men. We offer education, coaching and structured programs — not medical treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By participating, you agree that you are legally able to enter into these Terms, that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe, or you have obtained medical clearance before beginning any weight-loss or fitness program.

4. Not medical advice (important)

A World Without Weight provides general lifestyle, fitness, mindset and nutrition education. We do not provide medical care or diagnosis, offer prescription diets, or replace your doctor, dietitian or mental-health provider. You are responsible for consulting a qualified health professional before making any major changes to your diet, exercise routine or mental-health practices. You understand that results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

5. Program participation

When enrolling in our program, you agree to follow instructions safely and within your personal limits, listen to your body and use reasonable judgment, and communicate honestly with mentors or coaches. You acknowledge that your progress depends on your individual commitment, habits and readiness for change.

6. Payments, billing and refunds

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). A 50% deposit is payable at booking and the balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Refunds and cancellations. Each intake requires a minimum number of guests before the venue and staffing are committed. An intake is "confirmed" once it reaches minimum numbers and we commit the hotel and staffing; we tell you in writing when your intake is confirmed.

• Before your intake is confirmed: a full refund of your deposit, no fee — or a free move to any later intake.
• After confirmation: deposits and payments are non-refundable, because the hotel and staffing are committed on the strength of your booking. You may transfer once to a later intake within 12 months — free if requested 30 or more days before the start date, or for a US$300 rebooking fee inside 30 days, subject to availability.
• Last-minute issues or no-show (illness, flight problems, work or family emergency): non-refundable — this is what your required travel insurance covers. A transfer within 12 months is available for the US$300 fee, subject to availability.
• Medical grounds with a doctor’s certificate: no cash refund after confirmation, but a free transfer to a later intake of your choice.
• Leaving mid-program: no refund of unused days; unused full weeks are credited to a return stay within 12 months.

If we cancel or move an intake (including where minimum numbers are not reached), you may choose a full refund of everything paid, or a free transfer plus a US$250 credit toward your stay. We are not responsible for flights or visas, which is why you should book flights only once your intake is confirmed. Travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care and evacuation is a condition of booking.

To cancel, email action@awww8.com; cancellation takes effect on the date we receive it. Where a refund applies, it is processed within 14 days, in USD, to the original payment method. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including program materials, videos, lessons, text, graphics, designs and branding, is the property of A World Without Weight and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell or modify any part of the program or website without our written permission.

8. User obligations and acceptable use

You agree not to misuse or copy our coaching materials, share program access with others, engage in disruptive, abusive or harmful behaviour, attempt to hack or interfere with the website, or upload malicious code or attempt to access secure areas unlawfully.

9. Results disclaimer

Weight loss and wellbeing outcomes vary and depend on factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee specific weight-loss results, timeline expectations, or lasting outcomes after completion of the program. You acknowledge that success requires personal effort, consistency and lifestyle changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A World Without Weight is not liable for injuries or health issues arising from your participation, misunderstandings or misapplication of program content, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Your use of the Services is otherwise at your own risk.

11. Third-party links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or accuracy. Access them at your own risk.

12. Privacy and data

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and your rights regarding your personal information.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse content, or engage in misconduct toward staff or participants. Upon termination, you must cease use of all materials provided through our Services.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are made indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.
